What! D/H doesn’t make there own vending machine? LOL :)

Apparently the Dilling Harris Max Vend II was made by Automatic Products International? The Automatic “C” Series? I have no clue! I’m not starting rumors…. I just found the manual in the pos vendor years ago. 🙂

I just picked up a broken Dilling and Harris Vend-Master no the Vend-Master II! Or the master of vending? Apparently it’s a Seaga maybe? I haven’t researched it very much. I have to say this is the worse designed controller display ever….. it is protected by the clear sticker? What is this an inside unit? What a joke.

I plan on installing a lexan cover for the control board. Should be fine then…. Then I will sell it to you. 🙂

Some claim these people make the Vend-Master II? I believe they might just make the stainless housing?

Worse design ever? Powerain…. Are they even in business?

The Powerain Stratus 3000 has the whole pumping station on the gantry. Which I guess is fine if you have no room in your equipment room?

But the electrical junction box has all the three phase coming through HOLES on the top of the box. Not to mention there is a water holding tank within 2-3 inches of the electrical box.

Of course the fittings are metal and rusted and leaked….. Filling the electrical box bottom with water.   🙂  I don’t really know if non-matalic fittings would even matter?  I am surprised this machine didn’t blow all the electrical components….. or kill me!   🙂

Yeah…. and don’t stare at my glasses!  There broken….. did you know that Nike flexon frames are made of titanium?  I know who cares!  But you have to apparently have a fancy welder a normal jeweler doesn’t have to fix them.  The guy I talked to said he wouldn’t bother trying to fix them because the weld also breaks easily on glasses?  Great…. and my prescription is expired!

UPDATE
Apparently the water and electrical thing won’t kill you? At least it didn’t kill the first person that it electrocuted. 🙂 I warned them and sent them a picture…. Come on. 🙂

GinSan pump stand changes?

This is just a comparison between a older GinSan unit 2001? and a newer unit.

tg-447 Ultra Panel Wiring for GS-400

Looking at both units it looks like ginsan changed one thing around?  They replaced the gs-27d thing with the gs65 decoder thing?  Also nicer solenoids….. in the control box?  Why on Earth would GinSan produce dumb digital timers?  I guess it doesn’t matter and I don’t know the price….. but it seems stupid?  Look at all those terminals in those boxes!  🙂

Also the GS-27D thing is not really a necessary.  Basically the functions are….. if any LP function is ON no weep in that bay. Low water cuts off all bays and the best feature an one second delay for HP.

I assume the gs-65 decoder thing is the same as the gs-27d with 40 dip switches!  🙂

Also are GinSan pump stands cheap?  Why do they use FloJet or Aro pumps?  You can tell an engineer gave up and said this is easy to integrate.    🙂

BTW…. I hate Aro pumps worse then any device I have used at a car wash……  and those BoarTex fake hog hair bushes were pretty bad!  LOL  🙂

I have finally found the product!

I needed a “car wash hose” and lucky WinRite sells carwash hoses right at Walmart…. they are just for your professional car wash!  I assume WinRite makes them high pressure?  🙂

Unfortunately there was no price…. I assume they would try and sell it for less money then a normal garden hose.  Which is actually all the WinRite hose is.  🙂   Even being blue isn’t unique.

OH! GinSan that make absolutely no since at all!

ginsan_crap

If crap was a web designer….. he worked for ginsan and designed their menuing system.  But lets be honest here….. it was someones son.  So at least it should be a good reference for him!  I did websites in college and I believe it helped getting a job?  🙂

But his Dad should have told his son….. “this makes no logical since!  Goto ‘Company’ then ‘Services’ then ‘Technical'”  WTF little son of mine!  Also to be “technical” here you are dealing with 60-80 year olds so there is about a zero percent chance of finding the stupidity that it called the menuing system on the site.    Disclaimer:  This was the nice version.  🙂

I “Technically” asked Dan Kamsickas (Senior Technical Support Engineer, GinSan Industries)  twice when he could have responded in a forum?  I ask where the &*((*$ can I find manuals for GinSan equipment without using google?  Which is actually a good question!

As an aside the design is super bad also.  Using “aXmag”? for pdf files?  Why?  Plus welcome to 2013 GinSan….. try running that crap on your phone?  Why couldn’t you link to manuals from your product page?  Believe me your site is crap.  You need to hire a consultant….. just like CWS….. you guys can send me my consultant check.  🙂

Glaceau Smart Water?

Really who honestly wants to drink “vapor distilled water and electrolytes for taste”?  Distilled water has no taste and how else do you make distilled water other then vaporizing water?  I couldn’t decide if the water taste bad because its crappy or it was someone else’s backwash?  I mean come on I was thirsty!  It looked full and it was cold!  🙂  The taste was so faint it was actually just like drinking distilled water….
Which is stupid…. Not smart. Get it?  🙂

I would rather drink tap water but it wasn’t cold.  If you live in Florida you know your water has a taste also….. Dead fish.  LOL  🙂

GinSan’s ExpressKEY?

Isn’t it kind of weird that GinSan does not have their ExpressKEY thing on their main www.ginsan.com website?  They only have the information on their www.expresskey.us website…. it does have GinSan on the bottom but maybe they are trying to forget about this great pile of……

But don’t worry!  Someone is selling a GinSan ExpressKEY on www.carwashconsignment.com for $5500!  Yeah…..  🙂

BTW is it just me or is Astromatic or carwashconsignment.com the most unprofessional bunch of people ever? I would never name names but Allen LeBleu is an example. 🙂 I really HATE emailing them…. I also hated talking to them. Yes they sold something for me…. but so what? I should have tried ebay.com it would have cost me less and they provided zero support. Also does them selling new ryko parts make logical since? What about unused chemicals? Why not do one or the other correctly? (I am assuming they sell ryko parts correctly? But someone that purchased from them said they sell compatible ryko parts. I only start rumors! I didn’t know anything I only repeat stuff! 🙂 )
