I believe I am done chopping down Mimosa trees. I forgot to chop down one but it is way in the back of the lot.
Bleeding and Dieing Mimosa trees
Only one Mimosa tree did this sap thing or someone put crap on it. The last pictures are of the Mimosa tree I cut down on June 10. It took 10 days to look dead, the tree seems very hardy.
Attempted meter door and Rowe changer break in – Update
I finished the mortar install and installed some silicone in the gaps between the changers. I noticed today that the coin cup is also broken.
Fix extension cords
I fixed both of my broken extension cords today. I used a new clamp-on type so I can not pull the fitting off like last time. It also looks very professional in the chain saw plug. Cool.
Rowe changer problem
Error message was CK TRANSPORT VF. Bill jammed in the bill acceptor (picture looking down on the bill acceptor).

Septic tank – Update
The first picture is from April the last two pictures are current. The handi-clam seems like it did a good job.
Driving off road is fun?
Late model Honda Accord? Not the best car to go off roading with?
Chevy Avalanche, maybe if the owner was using some of Alpinestars racing gloves he could have kept the truck on the road? I think he only had the sticker for Alpinestars gear though, too bad.
Looks like driving off road is more like a car accident?

I had a little friend living under the changer face plate. The face plate is really bent up good.
Not really sure why the changer face plate is so far separated from the bill inlet plate? But I just siliconed the bill inlet to the changer box then everything fit fine.
I think someone also jabbed something in the bill acceptor but it still works.
I also replaced the other changers inlet plate with the Rowe High Security Bill Acceptor Inlet Plate for the BC-1400.
The problem I have now is the changer face plate is bent way off the wall. So my plan is to use Sakrete Mortar/Stucco mix to taper up and even out the gap. Not really sure if this was a good idea? But it looks good.
