After I finally got my order from Kimsupply.com (after their ordering problem),  I mixed up some “Texas Blue Power” pre-soak. I was surprised that it was blue though (a lot better than green).  I mixed 50 pounds of powder to make 55 gallons of presoak.  The recommended starting dilutions are 64:1 (orange tip).  I will let you know how it works later.

After getting my “Appeal Blue Berry Clearcoat” chemicals from Robert Pecora from Simply Solutions Corp, I finally checked to see what it looked like.  This was tipped at “dark brown”, a little too strong, so I switched to a “yellow” hydrominder tip.

Did you know that Sam™s Club sells Standard Change Makers?

Have you ever wondered about the last 50 years of Standard Innovation and Change?  Did you know they started making changers in 1955 and the original retail price was $89.50?  I just wonder if that comes with a Mars bill acceptor?  They first started accepting $5.00 bills in 1978.  You can check it out here:  http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?catg=8893  Interesting article, and I guess Standard Changer does not have an image spell checker Innvoation.

Hamilton Changer problem – interesting problem

So I got a call about my changer stealing someones money.  I threw the switch on the coin hopper and it was jammed.  It just looked like a normal jam but it was only one quarter.  I had to take it apart, which seemed odd.  While inspecting the problem I noticed that a screw was jamming the hopper (third picture).  It was very bad luck because it should have fallen out the crap holes (forth picture).  The screw came from the bill acceptor flap.

I can’t decide if I want to replace with a stainless guard or another factory plastic one?  If anyone has the stainless guard installed please send me a picture.  Thanks.

Out of its misery?

Well it finally happened.  Someone put my Jim Coleman CT-2000 meter box timer out of its misery.  I also figured out today the CT-2000 timer can be swapped out with the Jim Coleman 1034R.

Montezuma’s Revenge?

Is the Montezuma Tequila and the IDX X-10 coin acceptor breaking related?  Is it Montezuma’s Revenge on not purchasing a Sensortron?  Is it possible to fix an IDX X-10 for less then what it cost to purchase a new one?

BioShine product review

I have been having some computer difficulties and I finally got the video made.  It is really fancy… you should check it out.  I would be interested to see how this product works in a Simoniz Tire Shine Applicator http://cwguy.com/?p=1695 .  Maybe my Dad will try it out?

I used an Erie Wheel Wizard brush and the BioShine spray bottle.  Sprayed on great and was not drippy.  Really shined up the tires very impressed.  Check out the video.
