The DMV purchased these signs and always have important messages on them, stuff you would never think of like: “DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE” and “PLEASE BUCKLE UP”. Wow that was worth the money. Also, what is funny is these signs are completely worthless because there are really no alternate routes even if something was really wrong.
