Well it is actually not crap, which is good, but it was silicone or caulking.
Foam brush hose problem
Kink in the foam brush hose. I just replaced the hose. The hose is really cheap and I would never purchase this crap again. I actually got it from my Dad.
Hog brush fun!
I exchanged some of the foam brush heads out today. But 2 did not want to come off, so I will need to just replace the whole foam brush.

I had someone steal my high pressure gun and foam brush yesterday, which was the first time for this to happen. There was a leak in the high pressure hose which I guess made klepto take all my stuff.
Hooked up anti-freeze based chemical – Update
I think that the anti-freeze won the contest against the water weep system for my foam brush. But, that is because my weep mizer was messed up and I needed to readjust it another degree. For the water weep system, only 2 out of 4 bays were weeping while the anti-freeze worked in all the bays. I also needed to salt the bays today. I was surprised with how many people actually washed their cars today when it was below freezing.
Foam brush weep system
I hooked up my foam brush weep system today. The check valve at the far end is used as a plug because I did not have one with my today.
I just attached the foam brush weep to one of the pumps weep lines for now, but I will need to purchase some parts and mount it better later. The last picture shows the weep solenoid on the far left which is where I will be mounting the weep line.

I removed the bay signs and foam brush holders today.
JBS JB-55 Foaming Brush PC (PC-155)
I will need to do a review on this JBS soap after I figure out how-to dilute it: it is 300-1. I had to purchase my JBS from Kleen-Rite because they never called me. Does JBS cut a better deal then KR? At the SECWA meeting JBS said they would discount the product.

Well this was an interesting problem: someone unscrewed the hose from the foam brush and did not steal the foam brush.
Have you ever run out of chemicals?
To test the chemicals I made a foam brush setup and even used a “super foamer” (second photo). I hooked up the yellow air compressor to a large broken air compressor in my garage. I also have a bucket full of water to clear out the lines. I used a screw driver to weigh down the chemical line.
