It was bad timing and I did not mean to kill the Roach. Well, maybe I did.
Unloader problem?
No water was coming out of the high pressure gun, pressure gauge says 1250 psi. I am getting water out of the pump.
I believe the unloader (left picture) is not allowing high pressure to pass through. But the weep is not working either (right picture) and the weep is teed after the unloader.
Note: My high pressure weep does have a solenoid on the outlet to stop the flow when low pressure is in use. Which it cool, I did not test it though.
Swapped motor starters, finally
Worked the first time. Wow, that deserves two thumbs up. But I needed to take a picture, so just one thumb up.
Not sure what the "set relay at full load motor current" needed to be set at, so I left it the same. The left motor starter is the old one, right the new used one.
Why all the lanes?
Do Police officers like to cause traffic problems? Why block all the lanes, with your suv?
Bob died
Bob our fish died today. He had a proper burial. My wife also said some words during the ceremony. Afterwards the dogs were depressed.

Gary and William installed the new frame for the blowers today. Looked like fun.
Foam brush weep system
I installed my foam brush weep system today. Well, some of it. I was thinking, I need to install a check valve from the flojet pump to the solenoid bank. So the weep, which is on city pressure, will not mess up the flojet?
Car wash heaters
Left picture is my nice heater. I need to purchase one for my other location. It should save me some money not have the heater run all the time.

Alagasco guy
The Alagasco guy said that the old meter they just installed was broken. So I have a new meter?
I could not get the boiler to cut on, so I hot wired the flow switch. The boiler worked, but I thought the flow switch was broken.
So I took off the flow switch and checked it out. Of course I messed up and the flow switch was fine. I cleaned it up and it has to be the pump.
Not really sure how this pump works, but maybe the problem is the power supply?
I did get the heater to work today.
