Two bad timer in one day. The heater pad worked though. We switched out timers with the vacuums.

Foam brush weep system – Update
Seems to work great, I added the tee to the high pressure weep system. The test will be tonight when it freezes.
Meter box problem
Someone bashed in the timer.
Unloader problem? – Update
Took off the tip off and the weep started working. Then I tightened the unloader and the pressure started building up.
I think I need to replace the unloader but am not sure how to remove it. The second picture is what is connected from below.
I was thinking of changing the setup like this.

Randy’s foam brush weep system
Randy's foam brush weep system is very similar to mine. But looks a lot better. The first picture is the full setup, nice and organized. The second picture is how he feeds his city water into each foam brush line. He installed the hose after the foamers (third picture). He also has a check valve to prevent the water from going back in the foamers. (My foamers are in the bays.) He is using a weep mizer and a nice solenoid and actually used conduit to the power supply. Nice clean job.
