Pleasant Grove Wash

I went to this wash today to check out the pricing and chemicals.  They are $2.00 for four minutes and $0.25 for 30 additional seconds.

Tire cleaner, wheel cleaner, bug cleaner

High pressure presoak, high pressure soap, bubble brush

Tri-color conditioner, high pressure clear coat protectant, spot-free rinse

I liked the higher pressure presoak.  I really did not like how runny the foam brush was.  I think their tri-color only had two colors, but I really am never very impressed with it.  I did like the fact that after I drove to my wash my car still smelled like their chemicals from about five feet away.

Eye doctor

Decided to schedule an eye appointment at 8:00 so it would not interfere with my day.  It was a bad idea.  It seemed like the sun was two feet from my eyes all day.

New glasses?

I am not sure why they call these safety glasses.  They are really nice and about the same size as my other glasses.  Maybe I will be able to see out of them?  Actually, after looking at frames I think I will just purchase new lenses.  Why would lenses cost the same for the safety glasses and my little wussy glasses?  It is a scam.  The safety glasses are a much better deal.  Although, my wife does not like the safety glasses idea.  So I guess I am stuck with my old small glasses.
