Weep system problem already?

IMG_3414.JPGIMG_3462.JPG

I installed this hose 10 days ago and already a leak.  http://cwguy.com//?p=1524

The second picture is funny.  I was in the equipment room and heard two people talking.  One was saying I just drove up here to rinse off my car.  I looked over to the pump and it was off.  Then looked on the security cameras and noticed they both were using weep water to rinse their car.  Talk about taking all day and cheap.  I then did something very mean.  I turned the weep off.  Yes the one on the right is bucket washing also.

Unloader problem? – Update

Took off the tip off and the weep started working.  Then I tightened the unloader and the pressure started building up.

I think I need to replace the unloader but am not sure how to remove it.  The second picture is what is connected from below.

I was thinking of changing the setup like this.

Unloader problem?

IMG_3048.JPGIMG_3052.JPGIMG_3057.JPG

No water was coming out of the high pressure gun, pressure gauge says 1250 psi.  I am getting water out of the pump.

I believe the unloader (left picture) is not allowing high pressure to pass through.  But the weep is not working either (right picture) and the weep is teed after the unloader.

Note:  My high pressure weep does have a solenoid on the outlet to stop the flow when low pressure is in use.  Which it cool, I did not test it though.

Swapped motor starters, finally

IMG_3022.JPGIMG_3026.JPG

Worked the first time.  Wow, that deserves two thumbs up.  But I needed to take a picture, so just one thumb up.

Not sure what the "set relay at full load motor current" needed to be set at, so I left it the same.  The left motor starter is the old one, right the new used one.
