I got my fittings and poly tubing to color code the air and chemical lines. The Flojet replacement port is now 1/2 push lock (20381063).
I did not finish, but I really like the 1/2 poly chemical line and the 3/8 poly color air lines. This should help identify when there is a problem.
Air was coming out of the high pressure gun. The solenoid was dirty and looks rusty (it is for the tire cleaner function). Also an air hose leak (last picture).
Someone complained about getting wet.
Need to replace the other broken GeoVision card GV800.
First problem was the outlet hose from the Flojet fell off the inlet for the solenoid bank. Tire cleaner all over the place.
The next problem, I thought the drain was clogged. I used the high pressure snake thing and it helped a little. I then checked the holding tank.
That is never good, I like all the tire cleaner everywhere. So I starter digging out the tank, then broke my shovel. I wish I could have just quit. Talk about kicking you while you are down.
9th Avenue had one bill stuck (left picture). 19th Street did not want to be out done so it had two bills jammed (right two pictures).
I was checking the pina colada liquid in one of the fragrance vacuums. It seemed empty so I pulled it out of the vacuum. Well the container had a hole in it and got all over the place. The heating element, in the vacuum, must have burnt a hole in the container.
Three car washes with changer problems. The Hamilton's had bad bills and the Rowe "CK L COIN DETCTR" just reset.
I used three fittings to complete my epic shampooer fix. The moral of the story is you should be careful when trying to fix one thing do not break something else. It is not fun.
My change said "CK L COIN DETCTR" I did then reset and everything was okay.
