This coin jam was interesting. Instead of people just stuffing more and more money into the acceptor it was just rejecting their money. I wish this is how it always worked.
New package new problem Update
I had a vending problem with my Dilling & Harris Max-Vend II Vendor again. This time I only had 4 ArmorAll Original packages in the vendor, which was odd. I was thinking that the problem involved a full spindle.
Vacuum problems today!
At one wash someone stole all my trash and forgot to close the door. At the second wash I replaced one of my motors which is always fun.
Coleman Vacuum problem
My Coleman vacuum had a wire harness problem. It got disconnected somehow. By this harness being disconnected none of the buttons work on the front.
New package new problem?
I had a vending problem in my Dilling & Harris Max-Vend II Vendor. The new ArmorAll Original package got stuck in the spindle. I removed about 2/3 of the packages and I hope maybe that will help it? I am using the same spindle as I previously used on the older 1/2 size packages.
Vacuum nozzle problem
I think that this is the worse vacuum nozzle I have had so far.
Motor starter problem? – Update
I tested out all my 3 phase legs today. The 3 pictures show all the 3 voltages for all 3 legs.
The 41.9 Volts was obviously the problem so I traced the wire to the box and the wire fell out of the wire nut. Mep1 and Greg were correct with my problem with the motor starter: it was a wiring problem. What was weird was the motor starter was working fine then quit working. Problem solved. Thanks Mep1 and Greg.

I still do not know what the yellow wire does but I know it is not the motor starter, that is the red wire.
I could not figure out what the problem was today with my high pressure soap and wax and I knew it had to be a Coleman setup misunderstanding. So I called Greg and he answered my question over the phone! The problem I was having was I was getting pressurized water from the water line where I expected gravity feed. Greg explained to me the way the Coleman unit works, it uses cold water at city pressure for rinse and hot water or gravity feed for high pressure soap and wax. My problem was exactly what Greg told me over the phone and was a miswiring. Thanks Greg.
Jim Coleman fixup
I installed a new float valve today and also fixed all my hydrominder problems today. Wired up my low pressure hoses and some other crap.
Installed a Jobe Topaz 1″ Float Valve JFV-1 Amazon sells a 3/4″ version.
Jim Coleman holding tank
The Jim Coleman unit has a large holding tank to hold water for all the car wash bays. Today I noticed that there is a leak in one of the plastic fittings. Also, the hydrominder is extremely slow letting water flow through, but I will look at that problem tomorrow.
While filling up the tank I noticed their was a leak. The leak was coming from a check valve from the bottom of the holding tank so the water was low pressure.
