I actually wired the weep system directly from the weep mizer to the solenoid, bypassing the Coleman unit (just in case).

Apparently I wired my weep system up incorrectly because today two of my bays would blow fuses when turned to rinse. It is really 2 problems: one problem was my ground for the 2 bays was bad and the second problem was that I did not hook up the weep system correctly, duh!

Most unprofessional weep wire job ever? Well the solenoid valve that I was replaced was 24 volts and mine is 110 volts. Solution? Just use an extension cord! Also I had lots of extra parts left over.
One of Everything Must Die!
It seems like everything at the carwash is going to die. Now one of my coin acceptor is dead. I don’t think it is related to the freeze but why not blame it?
Spot Free Water Problem
My spot free water was not working so I took a look at it and the first problem (first picture) the multistage pump head fell off. It just cracked off, actually rusted off. Then the second problem is the ro system was not producing water and the delivery procom 1/2 hp motor seems death. I guess the freeze knocked both of them out? Greg told me both are over 15 years old.
No Freeze is Complete Without
I do not think that any freeze is complete without one of my high pressure nozzles being clogged.
Two New Busted Pipes! – Update
Fixed my last busted copper pipe using one of the SharkBite’s slip fittings! I actually cut the busted part out in under 2″!
Low Pressure Problems Also!
Don’t worry… I also had some low pressure problems also. There were 2 problems but these problems are easy to fix.
Interesting Problem?!
One of my bays quit working so I started trouble shooting it and realized the pump was not receiving water.
The first picture shows what the supply hose is supposed to do and the second picture shows what it is doing now. The last picture shows the crap in the hose when I stuffed a 3/8″ hose down it. I think that when it froze the hose broke down or something and clogged up? I really have no idea what caused this problem. Any ideas?
Water Rushing Sound!
I opened the door and I thought I was hearing a busted water line. But, it was only my weep solenoid valve dying! It was quite loud but did not give off that much water.
