Broken rear window

These ladies are breaking off the glass from there broken rear window inside there car.  I do not know how they are going to get that out of the car.  They were parked next to the vacuums though.

Note in the second picture the lady is not wearing shoes.  Pretty smart when working with glass.

Professional Flojet install?

Well, the professional Flojet install did not work very well.  Apparently the chemical shoots out all over the place when you leave.

I did install a new Flojet 5100 with viton seals though.  It seems to be working just fine.

Sandpiper pump problem

My Sandpiper pump was not getting enough air. The air regulator was not giving enough air to the pump.  We had to turn it off for earlier repairs and did not turn it all the way up.  I will need to adjust the air compressor because the Sandpiper says it wants 100 psi.  But that is for another day.

Professional Flojet install

Today, I got a professional to install my old Flojet pump for me.  The beauty of this install is no chemical is wasted because the pump is constantly leaking.  Especially when it is being used in a bay.  It goes straight in the tank.  Maybe that is why the Flojet says "Small Leak".

Presoak problems

I had a presoak hose bust in a bay.  The solenoid for air and chemical both got crap in them.  If you wanted free presoak it was good.  But I thought I should fix it.

Fixed all my troubles

William, created the main copper manifold for replacing the pvc today.  Everything works perfectly.  Which is good.  He also put in a pressure regulator and removed the backflow preventer.  We were thinking the backflow preventer was causing the water pulsating.  We were wrong though.  It was the fact that the float value did not have a hose on it.  Oh well.  At least everything works.

Well, someone did break one hydrominder.  I had to replace the body today.  Only one thing breaking when repairing everything is pretty good.
