Today, I was inspecting the changer and got an error message “CK STACKER”. Just like Mep1 told me to check the stacker. The stacker functions and everything works correctly. But the stacker “push plate” is bent.
I am not sure how this could even happen but it did. I inspected my other changer and it is straight.

I would say it has to be the bill box that bent it. Check it to see if it was not in straight.
