After waiting about 24 hours on the "Citristrip Stripping Gel" I think it worked pretty good on the cement.
First picture is the starting image from yesterday. Second image is what it looked like after 24 hours. Third is after I scrubbed the area. The last picture is after it dried.

Final results after the rinse. It did an okay job. I will need to see tomorrow.
