OMG I just figured out why carwashsuperstore.com has such a bad website!

Because on August 1, 2013 National Pride purchased them!  National Pride still has there 2011 catalog as there “current” catalog.

I really feel bad purchasing stuff from National Pride now!  They provided zero help for me after the sale of expensive meter boxes.  I wish I knew National Pride purchased CWS because I would have never ordered from them.

Also National Pride had those videos promoting breaking into meter boxes…. at least that is what I thought they were for.

I got my ups tracking number and it had “NPE Memphis – Carwash” CWS I believe is in Mississippi.

Can people purchase stuff from car wash super store? Or is it just me? I understand I guess why they deleted my account (I guess?)…. it has been a year and a half.  But why can’t I register for an account? My stupid password is “8 characters and have both letters and numbers.”  Actually my password “has” or “had” both characters and numbers (even tried special characters and cap letters)….. but when I entered the password it did “have” both letters and numbers…. see what I did?  Stupid joke making fun of cws’s bad grammar from someone with bad grammar!    🙂

Also why is a fax number required? It this 1990? Also your cart is really bad! Research cookies or something?  My favorite “feature” is when the cart forgets your order!  Kleen-Rites cart remembered my order from 3 months ago…. Just saying.  Yeah…. KR site actually works and I need $650 of car wash crap?  But carwashsuperstore.com isn’t working?  What would someone do?  After blogging about it?  LOL  🙂

 

UPDATE!  Okay you can tell I’m a loser!  I figured out a work around for their stupid password problem / bug.  This also does not get fixed when using shorter passwords….. like 16 characters.  I “have” tried multiple combos.  NO ONE TESTED THIS!  In fact I want $90 Car Wash Super Store for informing you of your problems….. not kidding.  Sorry that’s my going rate!  Plus a 10% discount from now on…. think of the money I just saved you?!  In lost sales….  Also not kidding.

PSA: Why you should NEVER go to a tunnel, express wash, full service etc.

Disclaimer… I have no clue what happened… But my Dad owns one and I’m pretty sure I do.   🙂

It just looks like the express wash ripped off this person’s back bumper. That’s all! 

This is how I should promote my self service car wash!   Something like…  “Do you like your car not damaged?  You should always inspect EVERY BRUSH or TUNNEL BEFORE YOU ENTER!” It’s actually a true statement. You could even include the fact that if your car is damaged at an express tunnel they will probably blame you?  Or if they do fix your car they are going to use cheap knock off parts….

I was actually inspecting one of my Dad’s tunnels and there was barb wire just chilling in the wraps. 🙂  That’s why its really important to constantly inspect cars and equipment. It also should be you… Just look at that employee loading you on that convertor. (Plus that convertor could crush your caps or scratch the crap out of your rims… Oh did I type that? 🙂 )

Yeah if you own a tunnel the only thing you might be able to argue is the “I never blame the customer for having a car that falls apart”. 🙂

Rowe wins an Innovative Award and not MEI?

I understand that Rowe came out with a new Rowe changer… The Rowe model 400. I also know they didn’t post the manual on there website which is weird?  I watched the video with Tim Kozlik…. I also like him… He seems like a nice guy.  But using the same hopper as an American Changer and MEI recyclers seems not very “innovative”. That bill acceptor would work in my old crusty Rowe that was MDB comparable. 

I might expect to much from Rowe?  I’m just not impressed. The display and sticker don’t help. The sticker actual looks worse then the old ones… I think.

The New England Car Wash Association gave Rowe the award. But the changer has been out a while. The MEI acceptor has been out about 3-4 years I think?  The coin hopper is generic.

Okay… So Audi makes crap car stereos? But Dr. Dre makes super headphones? WTF is wrong with this society?

Is this even legal to wear over the ear headphones while driving? I have been wanting to get this elusive picture and still did not get a good picture. I should have got a video though. I was embarrassed watching him… but I wasn’t him? So I guess I should say he just looked like a fool? His tag says he is a firefighter? But maybe it’s his Dad’s car?  Also he was hearing a headband… you know Gun n’ Roses style.  🙂  That was the head movements he was making also.  (Not kidding… well maybe not that bad.   🙂

(I did not really see how old the driver was. But I would assume the only people purchasing Dr. Dre anything would be people under 20…. actually why would people under 20 know about Dr. Dre? Shouldn’t only old farts my age be sporting Dr. Dre headphone? Is this an alternate universe?)

Hamilton ACW 4 / ACW 5 Controller pics

I thought this was interesting…. This is a Hamilton ACW controller with v4.23 firmware installed on the chip. With a 49-1200a REV 3 board from 1996.  I am assuming this is what Hamilton charges $150 for (The jumpers)?  I assume this is ready to upgrade to the “c” version firmware also?  You would have to ask super Randy.

I have the stainless case also. If you want to purchase it let me know. I also have the whole ACW part. 🙂

All I want to know is… If this controller is undated to v4.23 wouldn’t my ACW now be a ACW 5?  What was the difference?  Besides that switch on the relay box?
