Air manifold setup
I pieced together my new air manifold. Now I need to order some parts.
Replace pvc and mount on wall: reran power
I reran all the power to the third pump stand. I also moved the stand today.
I have a gain of 43" between the third pump stand and the holding tank. This looks like enough room for the r/o tank and chemical buckets. That means that I am done with moving the pump stands. I will try to finish running the cold water line and the weep system tomorrow. Then start moving other things.
Matching unloader hoses
Now four out of five unloader hoses are the same. That is great.
Medeco lock install
I installed two Medeco locks that I apparently had in the my basement. I was looking through my used equipment I purchased and found them. The changer when I purchased the place only had one lock. Now it has two.
Foamers construction
I put together my tire cleaner foamers today. I used 1 1/2″ schedule 40 pvc pipe. Parts list: 1) 5 x 6″ pieces of 1 1/2″ pvc, 2) 5 x 1 1/2″ spigot to female hose thread 1/2″, 3) 10 x 1 1/2″ coupling, 4) 10 x scrubbers from Dollar Tree

If you look at the second picture I did make one “SUPER FOAMER”. It might be the exact same thing but it is a “SUPER FOAMER” and not just a regular non-labeled foamer. I do not think my car wash could handle more then one “SUPER FOAMER”.

I have a gain of 27" and between the third and the storage tank I have another 17". So I am still on schedule to get 44" spare space for my ro tank. I hope I can finish this tomorrow.

This is the completed setup on the left. I also plumbed all the pump stations to the hot water tank. Everything seems to be working fine.

This is a picture of the wax, soap and hot water lines. Also, a picture of the pump stand before the pvc removal.
I installed half inch elbows for the hot and cold water lines. Then I mounted the solenoid rack on the pump stand frame. Everything worked great. I will need to convert the last pump stand tomorrow. Also, move the electrical and run the cold water lines.
ZOOM Express Car Wash – New car wash
They started to demolish the Wendys that was close down. They have a sign outside for a new car wash. This is down the street from my Dad's wash.
The name is "ZOOM Express Car Wash" Free vacuums of course coming soon. I guess they are going to build them everywhere. That is two expresses on the same street. There are also two full serves and my Dad's self server and automatic.
