I started to fix up the storage tank for a hydrominder. I also installed a 1 1/2" plug at the bottom of the tank.
New equipment idea – pump location
I removed the old thermostat and moved the Weep Mizer over a little. The plan is to install a shelf to house the pumps then mount the solenoids over that.
Tested two pumps
I tested two extra pumps I got from Rumores today. One is an IR Aro 66605J-3EB which has santoprene diaphragm, ball and check valves. Which is good for soap products. The second IR Aro pump is a PD02P-APS-PTT which has teflon disk, check and diaphragm. Which is good for harsher chemicals.
They both seemed to work just fine. They were both set around 20 – 30 psi.
Hydrominder problem
I swapped out my hydrominder valve today. It was a cracked crappy plastic one. I changed it out with a used brass looking one.
New equipment idea – holding tank
Cleaned out the old cold water holding tank.
Bob at the car wash
Bob, is standing guard at the car wash. My youngest sister gave Bob to me for my Easter gift.
Warsaw chemicals
I changed my foam brush chemical to Warsaw's Radiance blue foam brush. It is very nice. I think I like it better then the hand cleaner I was using.
Restroom time again
I think this is the fifth or sixth time in a year. I need to setup a camera and post videos.
Vending machine problem
A product got caught somehow. Very bad luck. It was also blocking a sensor in the vendor..
Air leak
I hate these fittings. I replaced it with a push lock. Then tightened up one of the adjacent hoses.
