I am having the same problem with the presoak blowing the fuse. At all the splices they are corroded. I recut the wires and tried using the terminal blocks and without. Still the same problem. I guess I need to replace the wire to the bay.
Month long penny wash
I had a month long penny wash. Apparently one of my Sensortrons crapped out and started to accept pennies. I tried to adjust the selectivity and nothing helped. So I replaced the coin acceptor with a new one. I cashed in 5 dimes, 669 pennies, and 1 very bent quarter. The Coinstar stole one of my bent quarters. I should have complained. I also got a gold neckless. That was 675 things that should have been quarters a $168.75 value (if they were quarters). I just need to check more often and I was stupid. But a good learning experience. Also took about two or three hours to sift through the quarter and pennies.
Dilution tank problem
I had a dilution tank problem today. The tire cleaner over flowed. Not really sure why.
Upgraded to WP 2.0.4
I wish all my upgrades and fixes at the car wash were this easy. Upgrading to WP 2.0.4 took about five minutes.
Mitters and Wraps
The wraps like to pull the mitters out. They seems to close.
Sandpiper pump problem – again
My sandpiper pump lost its prime again. The pump was constantly pumping and would work fine in the bay. I am not sure what the problem is but the chemical seemed foamy and white like the picture to the left. After I removed the outlet hose the chemical took longer to prime this time.
Hydraulics problem today
There was a hydraulics problem today. The best we could tell the pressure gauge blew and fluid shot out of it all over the wall and the ceiling. I noticed it because the conveyer stopped working. Then the conveyer started working again without doing anything. William replaced the pressure gauge.
Ex – Clean up guy came by today
Ex – Clean up guy came by the tunnel today. He wanted his pay check, a free car wash, and a job reference. This is not a joke. But it sure is funny.
Fuse blew again – update
Fuse blew again. I will need to trouble shoot tomorrow.
