My little sister’s birthday was today and I showed up for her birthday lunch. It was fun.

Maybe a lack of update? I do not think anything happened except rain from yesterday. But I do have a small wading pool.

We hid the rails on the roof of the car wash so we had to get them down today to install (they are very heavy). I rented a fork lift with larger forks, which helped us have a little more room sliding them on the lift.

The first picture is Mike (from Premier Car Wash Systems) and Williams marking off before setting the rails. The second picture shows the transit level that I rented from Alabama Rental for around $25 and the third picture shows my awesome laser level Mike used to level off the first rail.
Then, after all the setup, there was a lot of drilling (first picture) and a lot of measuring with a large stick (second picture). Then we were done (third picture) which took around 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

The last thing we did today was install the boom and the gantry. The boom was installed by 1/2″ all thread, bolted on both sides, then grinded. Then we added the Water Wizard gantry and we were finished….. for the day.
Vacuum problems today!
At one wash someone stole all my trash and forgot to close the door. At the second wash I replaced one of my motors which is always fun.
