What happens when a Tarantula and a Moth mate?

This is a pretty nasty moth and kind of looked like a tarantula.  So I did a google search and found this site.  Maybe a Tarantula Mimic Moth?  Maybe endangered?  The city has to purchase my car wash to preserve its habitat?
