Replaced foam brush brushes

I replaced four of my foam brush brushes today.  I used Erie hogs hair aluminum head brushes.  (Part# 212300)  I really like the aluminum head brushes, they look nicer.  Until someone says they scratched there car with it.

I also figured out how to remove the brushes with a wise grip easier.  I used a box cutter to cut about half an inch off the top.  To remove the rubber grip.  This allows you to use the wise grip to get it off easier.

But all was not well.  When I was messing with the foam brushes two swivels started leaking.

Fragramatic vacuum problem

Fixed my vacuum problem again.  The fuse burnt out again.  There must be a larger problem.  I will have to keep a better eye on it.  Also, I filled up the shampoo and the spot remover in another vacuum.  Now I need to order more.  Which is loads of fun.

Cleanup day at the wash

I took off all the fittings on the pvc I pulled yesterday.  I also cleaned up the floor and threw away some chemical containers.  I also cleaned out five containers to keep and take up space in the small equipment room.

Water Wizard problem

Problem with the Water Wizard.  An oscillating motor is shorting out.  My Dad says that the motor needs to be rewired.  William, is off today so he will fix it tomorrow.  It was a crappy rainy day today.

Hydrominder problem

I had a hydrominder problem sometime yesterday.  I also ran through all the chemical.  When I showed up today water was coming out of the holding tank.  The hydrominder valve would not seat correctly?  Water would come out when the magnetic was not even on it.  The first fix was to replace the valve.  It worked fine then it over flowed again.  Then I used the old valve and replaced the valve body.  The old valve body looked fine but the new valve body made everything work and did not over flow when I was there.
