Camera problem again

IMG_0510.JPGIMG_0493.JPGIMG_0495.JPG

I figured out the problem has to be related with the power cable run?  I can not plug the power line into the power box (either one) because it will blow a fuse.  If I use a 12v  wall wart power supply, magic.  I am using my psx to fine tune the adjustments.

New stuff at the tunnel

Greg installed some fancy buttons.  One to open the gate, fleet, express, deluxe and super.  They are mounted inside so the employees can log when they press the buttons.  The computer also logs the button presses separately.

Also, some ear muffs and some gloves for when it gets cold.

Replaced broken camera

I replaced one camera today.  Also, figured out a power problem for another camera.

Also, I figured out the new cameras I purchased will not fit in the old housings.  So I need to order two new housings, then all the housings will be the same size.

Tire cleaner hose problem

The hose has a little problem.

This is the device I used to cut the hose.  I wonder if I need a tetanus shot after I use this device?  I remember the good old days when it was shiny and new.  I had to walk to the store uphill from my car.

Broken security camera – update

IMG_0324.JPGIMG_0329.JPGIMG_0342.JPGIMG_0340.JPGIMG_0345.JPG

This is the license plate cam and it is a 1/3" cs mount camera, with a 5 – 50mm lense.  The lense is adjusted at the 50mm range.  I did not have all my testing exuipment (extention cord, power suply and my psx) but I will try again tomorrow.  I believe it is a power line problem.  It keeps blowing fuses (AGC-1BC) and I tried both power supplies.

Solenoid problem

IMG_0273.JPGIMG_0276.JPG

Air was coming out of the high pressure gun.  This means that a low pressure solenoid is clogged up.  I like my new air solenoid setup because you can turn off individual selections to figure out the problem.  Then go directly to the correct solenoid bank.

I removed the magnet, then the plunger piece, then cleaned out everything.

This is a close up of the plunger thing.

I cleaned out the base, but it seemed clean.  Everything worked fine after putting everything back together.
