It appears that something is blocking the left coin detector. If you will pull out of the machine your left hopper you will probably see where some coins are stuck in the coin chute blocking the detector(Red LED) or the LED or Sensor has failed. If the coin chute is blocked you will probably have to remove the bucket assembly and un clog the chute.
