International Carwash Association Trade Show 2010

I really liked this product.  This could replace your neon and stand up to vandalism better.  I lost their show specials but their website says $500 for 100 foot roll.  SunLitz LEDs  by Rain Tunnel not really sure about their name.  SunLiz?  What is that suppose to be Sunled?

I really liked this product!  But he did not have any brochures and business cards so I wrote in on one of my cards and I lost it.  But you can set up the credit card processing through anyone unlike Etowah Valley’s system and you can also get a Hamilton credit card reader for it I think it costs around $2800?  The system is for 6 ports and it costs around $6000?  All it uses is 1 cat5 run to connect and high speed internet and you can repair the credit card reader!

Now I am going to have to try some Microcoin coin acceptors.  These seem great!  But if you look above the coin acceptor there is a little black box.  That is part of the coin acceptor…… that is CRAPPY!  But everything else sounds great.  No tool opening to clear jams and seems easy to program.  Will not jam with really crappy coins, it has a 2 year warranty, and it can be repaired reasonably unlike IDX  X-10 (the guy said $60-$80).  Plus you can program tons of coins and it is not that bad of a price (retails for $219.95).

LAI lock install

IMG_0005.JPG

I ordered a couple LAI locks to check them out and ended up ordering the wrong kind.  I ordered the B622F 600 series high security cam locks that can fit the cylinder locks that I also ordered.  But with the high security locks you can not remove the key when the lock is unlocked,  it has to be in the locked position to remove the key.  This feature is really crappy because the Fragramatics vacuum has 3 locks on the door so I would need 3 keys to open the door, not cool.  So I am going to have to purchase some 500 series cam locks, but the 500 series can turn right and left where the high security can only do one or the other, which is good.  Wow what a pain.

How to cook hot dogs in the microwave? – UPDATE

You would be surprised how many people search my blog for “how to microwave hot dogs”.  So I have been revising my hot dog making craft over the last year and decided to post my new method of cooking / boiling / microwaving hot dogs.

IMG_9874.JPGIMG_9875.JPGIMG_9878.JPG

First get 2 glass bowls, one is the size of the hotdogs and the other is just acting as a weight.  Second fill the bowl about 1/3 up with water.  Third insert your hotdogs.

IMG_9879.JPGIMG_9880.JPGIMG_9886.JPG

Now insert the small bowl on the hot dogs this will keep the hotdogs under the water to boil the them.  Set the microwave for 4:00 on high and hit start.  Then they should be done.  Also, the bowls will be hot!

Another hotdog eating tip:  When eating crappy hotdogs, try adding lots of Tabasco!

One of my sister’s kids had a birthday again

Last birthday party (left) new birthday party (right).  Now my sister has a Nikon D300 and I am not using my crappy Nokia 6133 phone anymore.

Everyone seemed to have fun!  There was squirrel hunting (we do live in Alabama), jet flying and deal making.

But it does look like Chuck-e-Cheese ditched their Rowe changers for American Changers?
