Holding tank project

I want to convert a Water Wizard Hyper-Concentrate tank into a dilution holding tank. This would give me seven chemical tanks in the same place as three now.

5 gallon chemical containers are about 15 inches tall.  This chemical container is about 19 1/2 inches tall. Sizes of the Water Wizard Hyper-Concentrate tank:

IMG_1298.JPG It is 60" long 5 feet. IMG_1300.JPG The fixed lip in the back it 9" long. IMG_1302.JPG The width on the tank is 24" long 2 feet. IMG_1305.JPG The height of the opening under the tank is 17 1/2". IMG_1306.JPG The height of the tank is 31 1/2". IMG_1312.JPG The width of the unit from the inside of the legs is 57 1/2"".

An additional plan it to replace my other holding tank. This means that I need to remove the perviously install pvc pipes.

Coleman uses Parker 5/8" 300 psi hose to deliver water from the holding tank.

The large tank conpartment is 15 1/2" left to right and 11 1/4 top to middle and 12" high. From top to bottom is 24".

Running hose to one bay

IMG_1242.JPG

The plan was to run hose to the far right bay. I am replacing all the old screw-on fittings with push-in fittings in the process. IMG_1243.JPG I am running five colors twice for air and chemical. The extra two hoses are for expansion later. In the process I was attaching the foam brush hose and could not get the push connector to let go of the hose so I replaced the fitting. IMG_1245.JPGIMG_1254.JPG While replacing the fitting I must have touched the fitting below it and it started to leak. Then repeat the process for the third in the chain. I decided that every fitting really needs to be replaced apparently. IMG_1247.JPG I also had problems with the foamer. When I attached the new hoses both fitting started to leak. So I replaced the fittings and everything worked. IMG_1250.JPG I ran the foam brush hose on the other side and it is not secured with a tie strap any more. IMG_1265.JPG I removed the old hose and every seems to work great. IMG_1258.JPG
