Got 2 Tires Today!

IMG_2033.JPG

I received 2 free tires today!  Not really sure what I am going to do with the tires….. I know!  I will throw them away!

Rain!

IMG_0384.JPG

It really rained for about an hour, which was just long enough to kill business!

Just cleaning up!

IMG_2030.JPG

Another slow day.  I guess people are getting ready for it to rain.  I just cleaned the place up, which was fun.

$7.00 Really?!

IMG_0383.JPG

I hate when people call and say “bay 3 stole my quarters and would not give me any time, I put in $7.00.”  What?!  You drive to the carwash and bay 3 works fine.  But the underlining point is why would someone put in $7.00 when the machine starts at $1.50 and you get 20 minutes for $4.00?

Cut the lawn – Part II

IMG_0380.JPG

I cut the lawn at the other carwash today.  It was as fun as cutting grass can be!

Procon pump problem? – Update

IMG_0367.JPGIMG_0368.JPGIMG_0370.JPG

I got my temporary Procon pump from my Dad today.  I have never replaced a Procon pump but William said it is easy, which it was.

IMG_0357.JPGIMG_0354b.JPG

You just have to remove the old pump.  Mine is a clamp style because it is clamped on like the second picture shows.  The other type is flange type.

IMG_0374.JPGIMG_0372.JPGIMG_0375.JPG

Then you put the “magic piece” (second picture) which make everthing work in the motor, line it up with the pump, tighten the clamp on the pump and motor, install all the hoses back correctly and test.  Done!

Procon pump problem?

IMG_0351.JPGIMG_0354.JPG

The Procon pump started leaking and I guess the only thing to do is to replace it.  I need to order one and also see if my Dad has a spare.

First complaint for no reason!

IMG_0346.JPG

Well I believe it was for no reason!  I think the problem was they allowed the machine to time out and the green light turned off?  That is the only thing I can think of because it worked fine when I got to the wash.

Roundup

IMG_2024.JPG

Today I did a little yard work at the carwash, which is fun like always.

Vacuum Island Problem

IMG_0231.JPG

I had a vacuum island problem where the drain got clogged up.  I had to stuff a wire hanger in the drain to fix the problem.

Slow time

IMG_0348.JPG

The weather has been bad and nothing really has been going on.  The storm did rip down my sign again but I decided not to post another picture of that again.

Cut the lawn

IMG_0344.JPG

I cut the lawn today and that was about it.  It has been very bad weather and I am surprised the rain held out for me.

Finally done!

IMG_0340.JPG

I picked up my lawn mower today: it took forever for them to fix it.  This time I am going to use a gas mower, not an electric mower like normal.  I forgot to bring my gas can to the carwash so I will be mowing the lawn tomorrow.

Motor Starter Meltdown – Update

IMG_0327.JPGIMG_0330.JPGIMG_0333.JPG

I installed my Fuji motor starter today.  It was not that bad.  Not sure what I expected though?  You just need a screwdriver and the power shut off.
