Maybe it is not really a Charter problem because they outsource their install services to Communications Unlimited Cable Services, but this is a little ridiculous.

That’s terrible! I work for Comcast and I would like to let my regional contact know about this. This has to be fixed ASAP. Could you send me the location?

I’ve had a number of messes like that left behind too, always by independent contractors. They’re so dumb they nearly always leave a paycheck stub in with the trash, which makes it really easy to track them down. One contractor’s employees are completely banned from our wash.
That is Unacceptable.. Just flat Rude, some people have a lot of nerve!
